Attorney, Alberto “Beto” Nevarez, graduated from UCLA in June 2009 and Southwestern Law School in May 2014.
As an attorney, he helps individuals seek child custody orders, modification of child custody orders or child support, divorces, domestic violence restraining orders, and justice for employees who are victims of sexual harassment, discrimination, or wrongful termination.
He has successfully achieved primary physical custody for his clients as well as 50/50 legal and physical custody for his clients.
One of his most memorable cases was winning a significant change of circumstances child custody case at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse located in Downtown Los Angeles.
During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and family. He grew up playing soccer. He is a first generation Mexican-American lawyer.
